Sales of Tools & Spare Parts

We have a range of TapeTech and Flex tools, spare parts* and accessories for sale. You can check out as guest when buying tools and spares, however if you open an account then you can benefit from additional features such as multiple address locations for delivery and historical order view

We accept all major credit and debit cards online for the purchase of any "Gyproc Tools" products

*Note that TapeTech spare parts and repair kits are for use on your own tools and are provided with liability of installation solely with the customer.

Delivery

We offer free next day delivery for any order over £75. For orders under £75 a charge of £3.99, non-recorded, or £4.99, recorded, will apply. Next day delivery is available on orders received before 2pm. See Terms and Conditions for next day postcode exclusions. Note we are currently only able to deliver to the UK.

There may be some delays with deliveries due to high demand volume through our site. With potential delays from our suppliers and at our warehouse, your order may take longer than usual to ship out. We apologise for this, we know it can be frustrating and this is not the customer experience we promise, we will endeavour to do everything we can to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

Returning Unwanted Items

You have the right to cancel and return any items purchased for a full refund, providing they are returned to us within 28 days in their original packaging and in saleable condition. You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning any unused and unwanted items. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt.

Returning Defective Product

If you would like to return any defective items purchased from us for a replacement, repair or refund, please contact 0800 0326345 or email artexcustomerservice@Saint-gobain.com to arrange collection. See Terms and Conditions for full details
