Customer accounts become inaccessible after 1st March 2026. We recommend that you download any invoices before 1st March for your records.
Invoices can still be requested from our Customer Service team until 1st June 2026.

Yes — you can place orders until 20th February 2026. After that date, the checkout will close and no further purchases can be made.
Orders made on or before 20th February 2026 will be processed and delivered as normal, and you’ll continue receiving your usual order and delivery emails. Our team can still help with order tracking, delivery questions, or invoice requests.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Support
Even after the site closes, your rights remain protected.
• You have the right to cancel and return any items purchased for a full refund, providing they are returned to us within 28 days in their original packaging and in saleable condition. • You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning any unused and unwanted items. • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return
