Click and Collect
There are two Click and Collect services available for your convenience:
FREE – This service is FREE and your order will usually arrive in store within 7 working days. You will receive an email advising you when your order is ready for collection.
PREMIUM – This service costs £8 and your order will be delivered to your chosen store on the following working day (order by 5pm Mon – Thurs or 1pm Sun), ready for collection in the afternoon. You will receive a text and email confirmation advising when your order is ready to collect.
Simply place your order online and select the ‘Collect in Store’ option at the checkout, then simply choose your preferred store.
Collecting Your Order
- Please ensure you bring with you your proof of purchase AND the payment card used to purchase your item/s online
- If you paid using Login & Pay with Amazon or PayPal you will need your proof of purchase and a Photo ID
- If someone else is collecting on your behalf they will need to provide proof of purchase and their own Photo ID

Our factory outlet stores operate on a different system hence we cannot use these currently for our click and collect service.
